Significant heart, lung, rheumatological or oncological disorders. Patients who are unable to provide informed consent or are not able to participate in spiroergometry.

It is the aim of this study to evaluate the acute effect of normobaric hypoxia on heart and vasculature (arterial stiffness, microcirculation) in health children and young adults age 8-28 years, using a multimodal approach.<br>- right ventricular pressure and function
