Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients with low back pain and sciatica
- •age above 18 years, and failed conservative treatment with medication and physical therapy for at least 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with bleeding disorder, signs of infection, progressive motor deficit, cauda equina syndrome, and history of previous lumbar surgery.
