Individuals of male and female gender, no age restriction that have a confirmed diagnosis of Poliomyelitis and/or Post Poliomyelitis Syndrome; Agree to participate in the study by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form (FICT); Being able to raise the upper limbs above the shoulder line; Possess technology devices to perform the virtual task (computer or tablet) and to contact the researcher (cell phone)
Individuals who have some cardiorespiratory and cognitive impairment that prevents the understanding and performance of tests and exercises such as: Tachycardia; tracheostomized individual; continuous use of non-invasive ventilation devices and invasive ventilation; dementias of any kind, Alzheimer's diagnosis; diagnosis of Parkinson's disease
