Inclusion Criteria

All patients reported to Dermatology department of CHAF Bangalore and were diagnosed as a case of chronic spontaneous urticaria (characterized by itchy hives that occur for at least six weeks with or without angioedema but have no apparent trigger) eliminating all possible causes for urticaria after through history taking and investigations and were symptomatic with moderate to severe urticaria (UAS-7 >15) even after double the dose of anti-histamines (Tab Fexofenadine 360 mg)comprised the study group.

Subjects who were willing and able to comply with all follow-up requirements

Exclusion Criteria

Clearly defined underlying cause of urticaria

Patient previously treated with Omalizumab

History of malignancy

Pregnancy
