- •ASA I and II category patients, aged 18-60 years scheduled for
- •elective abdominopelvic surgeries under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal of consent
- •2. Patients allergic to any study drugs
- •3. Patients with moderate to severe hepatic, respiratory, renal or cardiac diseases
- •4. Patients with ascites or abdominal masses
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Patients with Body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m2
- •7. Combined epidural and general anesthesia
- •8. Patients already hypotensive (SBP < 70 mmHg) or severely hypertensive (BP >
- •180/120 mmHg)
- •9. Patient already on mechanical ventilators
- •10.Patients with anticipated difficult intubation
