Inclusion Criteria

1Patients belonging to ASA I II III.

2Aged 60 years or more.

3 Patients undergoing hip or knee arthroplasty under neuraxial block.

Exclusion Criteria

1Dementia.

2Patient on Antipsychotic drugs.

3ASA 4.

4Patients with AMT (abbreviated mental test) score < 8.

5Patients receiving intra operative midazolam or pentazocine.
