Patients posted for Elective AVM embolization or resection surgery,AVMs in Supratentorial location,GCS of 15,ASA (American society of anaesthesiologists) status I and II patients.
1)Patient refusal.
2)Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years.
3)Patients with GCS <15
4)Patients presenting for emergency surgery,
5)Patients with recurrent disease,
6)Patients with posterior circulation AVM,
7)ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) status III ,IV,V patients, Pregnant & nursing mothers.
