- •/ Serious physical symptoms (severe right heart failure) /\`Psychiatric symptoms (cognitive impairment, disorientation, severe depression, etc.) /Patient who previously attended an 8\-week Mindfulness\-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) or Mindfulness\-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme. /Those who are unable to obtain permission from their doctor to participate in the study for reasons other than those listed above.
