Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Professionals (doctor, or nurse, or counsellor, or psychologist, or social worker, or health worker) working at any cancer palliative care centre in Bengaluru.
  • 2\.Involved in direct patient care at cancer palliative care centre.
  • 3\.Work experience in palliative care for at least 6 months /or undergone any professional training program in palliative care.
  • 4\.Ability to read and write in English or Hindi language.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Those undergone any structured psychological intervention in past 1 year with respect to work stress.
