Meets the primary diagnosis of ADHD based on structured (KSAD-PL) and semi structured interviews.
Minimum Score of falling on the 90th percentile or above on the ADHD RS V
If on medication, the medications should be stabilized for 8 weeks prior to entry into the study or drug naive (stabilized-no changes in medication for the past 8 weeks.)
Aged 13 to 17
Functional knowledge of English, Kannada, or Hindi
Developmental Disorders like autism spectrum disorder, clinical evidence of IDD, conduct disorders, Serious Mental Illnesses like: Bipolar Affective Disorder, Schizophrenia, or Schizoaffective disorders or Traumatic brain injuries/other neurological illnesses.

Medical/physiological disability that may hinder their capacity to participate in interviews or interventionsParticipants who have undergone more than 6 sessions of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, or Mindfulness Based Intervention/Training in the past three months.
