Inclusion Criteria
1. Term pregnant undergoing caesarean section on elective/emergency basis under spinal anaesthesia and willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
a) High risk pregnancy (High risk pregnancy is one which is complicated by factor or factors that adversely affects the pregnancy outcome-maternal or perinatal or both).
b) Hypersensitive to diclofenac/pentazocine.
c) Branchial Asthma.
d) Active peptic ulcer.
e) Hypertension.
f) Unconscious state
g) H/O any type of addiction.
h) Chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease
