Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are planned to undergo intravenous cannulation.
Patients falling in age group of 18-60 years.
Patients willingly signing the written consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients not signing the consent form.
Patients having history of cold stress.
Patients suffering from any developmental delay.
Patients with low GCS score >10.
Patients having known allergy from ethyl chloride or any anesthetic cream and placebo.
Patient suffering from skin conditions.
