Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing surgeries with ventilation through supraglottic airway device.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient having oropharyngeal mass
- •2\.Patient need intubation
- •3\.PIP \>Leak pressure
- •4\.Difficult airway, history of airway stenosis, airway mass, hyperthyroidism, goiter, carotid stenosis, bowel obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux, aspiration,
- •5\. History of oropharyngeal/ neck surgery.
