- •1.Patient having oropharyngeal mass
- •2.Patient need intubation
- •3.PIP >Leak pressure
- •4.Difficult airway, history of airway stenosis, airway mass, hyperthyroidism, goiter, carotid stenosis, bowel obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux, aspiration,
- •5. History of oropharyngeal/ neck surgery.
