Inclusion Criteria
1.All elective infraumblical surgeries
2.ASA grade - I, II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal.
2.ASA grade â?? III OR Above
3.Patients with complications like severe anaemia,
hypovolemia, septicaemia, shock, spinal column
abnormalities, previous spine surgery.
4.Any contraindication to regional anaesthesia and
with a known history of allergy to local
anaesthetics / radioâ??opaque dye.
5.Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy,
Congenital or acquired coagulation disorders.
