age 18-60 years old, ASA Class I-II, candidate for general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria: presence of underlying disease such as epilepsy, allergy, CHF, Need for transfusion, duration of operation more than 1.5 h, Laparascopic or endoscopic procedure

Shivering. Timepoint: After entering the recovery in minutes 1,5,10,15,30,60. Method of measurement: Visual-0:without shivering , I:Mild fasciculation in head & neck . II: Tremor in more than one muscle III: Generalized movement in extremities.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Blood Pressure. Timepoint: Before & after intubation, Before & 5min after drug administration , before & after Extubation & in recovery minute 1,5,10,15,30,60. Method of measurement: BP Cuff.;Temprature. Timepoint: Before & after intubation& every 15 minutes until the end of the surgery , the time of entering recovery & minute 15,30,45,60. Method of measurement: Measurement with Axillary prob & oropharyngial prob connected to the monitoring device.;Hear rate. Timepoint: Before & after intubation, before & 5min after drug administration, before & after Extubation & in recovery minute 1,5,10,15,30,60. Method of measurement: ECG,Pulse Oximeter.;Nausea & Vomiting. Timepoint: Recovery in minute 1,5,10,15,30,60. Method of measurement: question & observation.
