•Persons with Severe Mental Illness. Any gender. Aged between 18 and 50 years. Has adequate capacity (as per section 4 of Mental Health Care Act, 2017) to give consent.

•Those uncooperative for assessment of metabolic syndrome and neuro-cognitive testing. Those with history of delay in developmental milestones. Those with medically diagnosable and /or self-reported and / or history of: Auditory impairment, Visual impairment(except those by uncorrected refractive errors) colour blindness. Those with co-morbid conditions like: Organic brain syndrome, Head injury,Past history of cerebrovascular accident,Epilepsy, Diagnosed medical conditions like (hypothyroidism, chronic kidney disease, heart failure and end stage carcinoma patients) and history of CABG. Those with active suicidal tendencies. Those with co-morbid substance dependence except nicotine and caffeine. Patients receiving Cognitive Enhancement Therapy, or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in last
•6 weeks. Patients receiving Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) in last 6 weeks
