1. Thai nationality, age 30-60 years old
2. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with HbA1c > 7%
3. Diabetes patient with concomitant diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol
4. Able to participate the whole programs including orientation and self-care follow up
5. Able to complete data collection forms/questionnaires
1. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
2. Diabetes patients with complications as eyes, kidney, foot, and heart
3. Physically disable persons
4. Mental health problem
5. Diseases or physical conditions that are contraindicated in Thai massage, Thai herbal massage, Thai herbal steam such as Inflammation, muscle injuries and bone fractures, joint dislocation and skin diseases, cut, wounds and fungus, high blood pressure, and cancer
6. Pregnancy or plan a pregnancy in 3 months
