Sedentary individuals with BMI : 18.5 – 24.9 kg/m2(normal),smokers with smoking pack years = 20 ,normal PFT functions (FEV1/FVC ratio > 0.70 (70%) and FEV1 > 80%) and who understand written and verbal English language and willing to give consent to participate
Subjects with history of any conditions which could affect the
outcome of the study such as musculoskeletal disorder,
cardiovascular disorder, respiratory disorder, neurophysiologic
disorder or any other known medical/physical/surgical/traumatic
conditions
