Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients belonging to American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status(ASA) I to III
- •Patients posted for elective PCNL surgeries under general anaesthesia
- •Patients who could understand and rate their pain on Numerical Rating scale(NRS)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal by patients for the procedure
- •History of significant systemic disorders
- •Infection at block site
- •Thoracic wall and chest wall deformities
- •History of allergy to the test drug
- •Patients on chronic use of analgesics/opioid addiction
- •Patients wit morbid obesity
- •Patients with known bleeding disorders
