Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients (18\-65 yrs) of either sex belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status classification I/II and scheduled for elective unilateral arthroscopic shoulder surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patientâ??s refusal
- •2\. Preexisting respiratory dysfunction.
- •3\. History of cardiac, renal or hepatic disease
- •4\. Preexisting neurologic deficits or neuropathy affecting the brachial plexus
- •5\. Contraindications to the peripheral nerve blocks (eg. Coagulopathy)
- •History of known Local Anesthetic allergy
- •Patients undergoing revision, planned open, or irrigation and debridement procedures
