- •Unilateral IT Fracture
- •Unilateral ST fracture
- •Unilateral NOF fracture
- •Unilateral ACETABULAR fracture
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient Refusal
- •Allergic to LA
- •Polytrauma Patient
- •Bilateral hip fracture
- •Patient with cognitive dysfunction
- •Mentally ill patient
- •Age below 10 yrs and above 90 yrs
