Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult Healthy Patients of either sex scheduled to undergo thyroid surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with known case of coagulopathy or on anticoagulant therapy/Infection at proposed site of block/Known allergies to effect of local anesthetics/severe hypertension/Pre existing peripheral nerve neuropathy/Substernal goitre/Probable cervical lymph node dissection/Previouscervical surgery
