入排标准
入选标准
- •ASA grade I to II.
- •Patient scheduled for hip replacement surgeries under subarachnoid block(SAB). e.g. hip hemi-arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty
排除标准
- •1)Patient refusal
- •2)age below 18 years or above 65 years
- •3)ASA grade III or IV
- •4)Patient with known allergies to any of the Drug Used
- •5)Contraindication to SAB e.g.Coagulopathy, infection at the injection site, severe cardio-pulmonary disease, diabetic or other neuropathies.
- •6)Patients recieving opioids for chronic Analgesic therapy.
- •7)Inability to comprehend Visual analogue scale(VAS)
- •8)Infection at site of erector spinae or fascia iliaca block
- •9)Body mass index >35kg/m2.
