Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I to II.
- •Patient scheduled for hip replacement surgeries under subarachnoid block(SAB). e.g. hip hemi\-arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient refusal
- •2\)age below 18 years or above 65 years
- •3\)ASA grade III or IV
- •4\)Patient with known allergies to any of the Drug Used
- •5\)Contraindication to SAB e.g.Coagulopathy, infection at the injection site, severe cardio\-pulmonary disease, diabetic or other neuropathies.
- •6\)Patients recieving opioids for chronic Analgesic therapy.
- •7\)Inability to comprehend Visual analogue scale(VAS)
- •8\)Infection at site of erector spinae or fascia iliaca block
- •9\)Body mass index \>35kg/m2\.
