Inclusion Criteria

Patient with preeclampsia.
Patient has been treated by Mgso4
The patient's blood pressure is between 140/90 to 160/100.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient has gestational diabetes.
Patient has heart disease.
Patient has renal disease.
Patient has allergic reaction to lasix.
Patient has allergic reaction to methyldopa.

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The measure of patient's Systolic blood pressure that should be between 140 to 160 mm Hg. Timepoint: Blood pressure measurement in the first 24 hours after the intervention and in the second 24 hours after the intervention, and then a week later. Method of measurement: Mercury barometric device.;The measure of patient's diastolic blood pressure that should be between 90 to 100 mm Hg. Timepoint: Blood pressure measurement in the first 24 hours after the intervention and in the second 24 hours after the intervention, and then a week later. Method of measurement: Mercury barometric device.
