Patients undergoing valve surgery (+/- Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting [CABG]).
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients under 18 years of age
2. Medical indications for leucocyte-depleted erythrocytes
3. Received blood transfusions within previous 3 months
