Inclusion Criteria
1 Age 45-90 years old patient
2 Had been diagnosed with osteoporotic VCFs by orthopedist
3 Planed to receive PVP
Exclusion Criteria
1 Malignant tumor
2 Acute infectious disease
3 Had spinal fusion surgery history
4 Had been diagnosed with pulmonary disease
5 Shoulder active flexion and abduction range of motion less than 120 degrees
6 Can not use mouthpiece
