All the biochemically diagnosed patients of PHPT who are planned for parathyroidectomy
-Who all are consenting to participate in the study
-Patient not consenting for inclusion in the above study
-Patients with recurrent or persistent PHPT
-Patients with secondary or tertiary hyperparathyroidism
-Prior documented respiratory diseases, e.g. â?? COPD, Bronchial asthma
-Known neurological disease
-Pre-existing spinal deformity like kyphosis or scoliosis, rib fracture
-Not able to perform PFT
-PHPT with the syndromic association
