? 60 to 91 years old; ? The clinical symptoms are intractable pain in the lower back; (3) The signs are limited tenderness in the lower back; ? Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry showed osteoporosis patients with bone mass =-2.5 SD; (5) X-ray films showed cortical thinning of vertebral body and thoracolumbar compression fractures, with or without kyphosis; (6) MRI showed abnormal signals of low T1 image and high fat pressure image in the fractured vertebral body; 7. Unilateral puncture for PVP.
? With spinal cord and nerve injury; ? There was incomplete cortical bone in the posterior wall of the injured vertebra; ? Systemic or local infection, hemorrhagic diseases and other complications; ? Incomplete follow-up data.
