- •Male gender
- •- Age: 18-40 years
- •- BMI: 18.9-29.9 kg/m²
- •- No evidence of cardiovascular diseases in the medical history
- •- No acute or chronic injuries of the lower extremities (especially no pre-existing achillodynia)
- •- No previous sporting activity of > 60-120min/week
- •- no contraindications against physical exertion according to ACSM guidelines
- •- no intake of performance-enhancing supplementary nutrition (e.g. creatine monohydrate)
