Inclusion Criteria
Patients with history of oral mucosal burning/stinging pain for at least six months without any clinical oral lesions possible responsible for the burning/stinging sensation.
Patient with type II diabetes for more than 20 years
Both the genders
Exclusion Criteria
Patients under pregnancy; breastfeeding
Diabetic patients without burning mouth
Pathologies that could be responsible for the oral burning/stinging sensation
Patients with known local and systemic causes of the oral burning symptoms
Active infection requiring antibiotic treatment
Patients not willing to participate in the study
