Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing elective nasal surgery of otolaryngology under general anesthesia
- •2\. Patients in class I and II according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification
- •3\. Age 19\-65
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- patients who are less than 19 years old, 66 years old or older
- •\-Emergency surgery
- •\-Hemodynamic instability or respiratory failure
- •\- In case of contraindications to the use of remimazolam (ex. hypersensitivity to benzodiazepine drugs, glaucoma, alcohol or drug dependence, sleep apnea syndrome, renal failure, liver failure, etc.)
- •\-psychiatric history and cognitive impairment
