Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients undergoing elective nasal surgery of otolaryngology under general anesthesia
  • 2\. Patients in class I and II according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification
  • 3\. Age 19\-65

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- patients who are less than 19 years old, 66 years old or older
  • \-Emergency surgery
  • \-Hemodynamic instability or respiratory failure
  • \- In case of contraindications to the use of remimazolam (ex. hypersensitivity to benzodiazepine drugs, glaucoma, alcohol or drug dependence, sleep apnea syndrome, renal failure, liver failure, etc.)
  • \-psychiatric history and cognitive impairment
