Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who undergo elective awake craniotomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients who do not agree.
- •2\)have a liver disfunction(Child\-pugh classification B or higher).
- •3\)have an allergy for the ropivacaine and other anesthetics drugs.
- •4\)have an obvious hemostatic dysfunction(Platelet count of 80000 or less,PT\-INR of 1\.5 or more,APTT of 40 seconds or more).
- •5\)have a severe respiratory disorder(%VC\<60%,orFEV1%\<50%).
- •6\)have a primary closed angle glaucoma
- •7\)have a heart failure (ejection fraction of 45% or less on echocardiography, presence of severe valvular disease, and past history of coronary artery disease).
- •8\)patient who can not be in candidate at this study decided by the doctor
