Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who undergo elective awake craniotomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Patients who do not agree.
  • 2\)have a liver disfunction(Child\-pugh classification B or higher).
  • 3\)have an allergy for the ropivacaine and other anesthetics drugs.
  • 4\)have an obvious hemostatic dysfunction(Platelet count of 80000 or less,PT\-INR of 1\.5 or more,APTT of 40 seconds or more).
  • 5\)have a severe respiratory disorder(%VC\<60%,orFEV1%\<50%).
  • 6\)have a primary closed angle glaucoma
  • 7\)have a heart failure (ejection fraction of 45% or less on echocardiography, presence of severe valvular disease, and past history of coronary artery disease).
  • 8\)patient who can not be in candidate at this study decided by the doctor
