Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Adults who are American society of anesthesia (ASA) class III\~IV
  • 2\) Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Patients with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines or etomidate drugs
  • 2\) Patients with severe hepatic impairment, such as, patients with Child\-Pugh classifications B and C and patients with chronic renal disease
  • 3\) Patients with low ejection fraction ( \=40%)
  • 4\) Patients with diagnosed adrenocortical insufficiency of taking glucocorticoids within 6 months, if ever used
