Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Adults who are American society of anesthesia (ASA) class III\~IV
- •2\) Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines or etomidate drugs
- •2\) Patients with severe hepatic impairment, such as, patients with Child\-Pugh classifications B and C and patients with chronic renal disease
- •3\) Patients with low ejection fraction ( \=40%)
- •4\) Patients with diagnosed adrenocortical insufficiency of taking glucocorticoids within 6 months, if ever used
