- •The patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery
- •Adults (20~80 years) with Written informed consent
排除标准
- •Rrefusal of informed consent
- •The history of hyper-reaction or allergic reaction to benzodiazepine or flumazenil
- •Urgent surgery
- •More than 2 times elevation of normal limit in aspartate aminotransferase/ alanine aminotransferase within a week
- •More than 3.0 mg/dL of total bilirubin within a week
- •Alcohol or drug abuser
