1 High-risk neonates born between 34 to 36 weeks of gestational age.
2 High-risk neonates, both inborn and outborn admitted to the NICU of selected tertiary care hospitals.
3 Mothers who consent to participate.
4 Mothers who can communicate in Kannada and English.
1 High-risk neonate who is born less than 34 weeks of gestational age.
2 A high-risk neonate born above 37 weeks of gestational age.
3 A high-risk neonate who is required ventilator support.
4 High-risk neonate with severe congenital anomalies and undergoing major surgery.
5 A high-risk neonate who are admitted for observation and discharged within two days
6 Mothers who are not available during the data collection period.
7 Mothers of a high-risk neonate who are critically ill.
8 Mothers and high-risk neonates who are suspected of COVID -19 and COVID positive.
