Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria comprise college students giving consent to participate and meeting DSM\-5 criteria for anxiety disorders.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The exclusion criteria will be current moderate to severe depression, substance dependence, and CBT exposure in the preceding six months. Participants will be randomized to bCBGT or waitlisted control groups.
