Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis of anxiety disorder as per DSM\-5 or ICD\-10\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •current moderate to severe depression, substance dependence, and CBT exposure in the preceding six months. Participants will be randomized to bCBGT or waitlisted control groups.
