Inclusion Criteria
ASA- I and II
-scheduled for elective upper limb surgery under regional block
Exclusion Criteria
-refusing to give consent
-peripheral vascular disease
-diabetes mellitus
-α and/or β blocker intake
-neurological deficit
-wounds or injuries that preclude application of ultrasonic probe
-allergy to local anaesthetics
-coagulopathy
-local infection
