Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA\- I and II
- •\-scheduled for elective upper limb surgery under regional block
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-refusing to give consent
- •\-peripheral vascular disease
- •\-diabetes mellitus
- •\-α and/or β blocker intake
- •\-neurological deficit
- •\-wounds or injuries that preclude application of ultrasonic probe
- •\-allergy to local anaesthetics
- •\-coagulopathy
- •\-local infection
