Among the patient population seeking IVF, patients undergoing immature cycles and patients who have undergone three or more transfers, including previous in vitro fertilization(IVF-ET) cycles and thawed embryo transfer cycles, and have failed to conceive will be recruited.
1. Patients with uterine adenomyosis.
2. Patients with uterine structural factors such as congenital uterine anomaly.
3. Patients with a history of viral diseases or sexually transmitted diseases, including hepatitis
