(1) Body mass index (BMI)>= 25kg/cm2, Male waist circumference >= 90cm,Female waist circumference >= 80cm, Patients diagnosed as simple abdominal obesity;
(2) Age between 20 and 45 years, no gender restriction;
(3) Voluntary participation in this trial and signature of informed consent.
(1) Pregnant or pregnant women,lactating women,menopausal patients with menstrual disorders.
(2) Patients who have taken various weight-loss drugs or any other weight-loss treatment in the past three months.
(3) Patients with diabetes mellitus, major organic diseases such as heart,brain,liver and kidney,infectious diseases, diseases of the blood system and mental diseases.
(4) According to the judgement of the researcher, other pathological changes that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, or frequent changes in the working environment are likely to result in lost visits.
(5) Patients participating in other clinical trials at the same time.
(6) allergy to animal protein allergy.
(7) Past acupoint catgut embedding therapy.
