Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Over the age of 50
- •2\)Users of welfare facilities for the elderly (care facilities, day care centers)
- •3\)Those who have a guardian who can accompany him/her when he/she listens to medical history and participates in research
- •4\)Those who agreed in writing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) When brain diseases that can be the main cause of cognitive decline are accompanied: Normal hyperhydrophilia, Louis somatic dementia, autoimmune encephalitis
- •2\) Infectious or metabolic diseases that can cause cognitive decline: Syphilis, AIDS dementia, vitamin B12 deficiency or folate deficiency, hypothyroidism
- •3\) Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, etc. and being treated
- •4\) A person who has severe vision loss, severe hearing loss, or communication impairment to the extent that intervention and effectiveness evaluation cannot be conducted
- •5\) A person who has difficulty cooperatively participating in the study until the end in the judgment of the researcher
- •6\) A person who disagrees with research
