Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients with age group of 18\-80 years
- •2\)Proven type ll diabetes mellitus
- •3\)Admitted or transferred to ICUs
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Non diabetic patients
- •2\)Discharge or death or transfer before 24hrs of ICU admission
- •3\)Previously diagnosed anemia or anemia during last three month
