入选标准
- •Patients with ACLF identified by APASL criteria.
排除标准
- •1. Absence of clinical ascites
- •2. Patients currently being treated with terlipressin
- •3. Patients with active untreated sepsis
- •4. Patients with shock requiring vasopressor support.
- •5. Presence of hepatocellular carcinoma or portal vein thrombosis, Budd Chiari syndrome.
- •6. Pregnancy
- •7. Patients with hypertension (BP >160/90 mmHg)
- •8. Refusal to participate
