Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Preterm neonates born from 26 to 32 weeks of gestation with respiratory distress requiring non\-invasive respiratory support at 72 hours of life.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Invasive mechanical ventilation requirement more than first 72hours of life.
- •2\.Neonates with hemodynamic instabilities.
- •3\.Neonates with major congenital malformations.
- •4\.IVH grade 3 or more.
