Inclusion Criteria
ASA [American Society of Anaesthesiologists] I-II patients
All distal upper limb surgical and orthopedic procedures
Elective and emergency procedures
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Allergic to ropivacaine
Coagulopathy
Infection at injection site
Shoulder or chest area deformity or previous surgical scar
Patients with respiratory distress
Pre-existing neurological deficit in the limb
Patients weighing less than 40kgs
