inclusion: Grade 3 and 4 hemorrhoids which need surgery based on physician diagnosis
exclusion: Serious cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, anal fissure, fistula, abscess, unbearable side effects, inappropriate use or no use of the ointment

Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: 6th, 12th, 24th hours and 2nd, 7th and 14th days after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.
