- •2. age older than 21
- •3. written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. do not have written informed consent
- •2. emergency operation
- •3. do not understand nause, vomiting scoring
- •4. pregnant women
- •5. hypersensitivity to drugs
- •6. intubated state in ICU
- •7. bleeding or reoperation
- •8. body weight less than 40 kg
- •9. patient who has antiemetic effect medication 24 hours before surgery
