入选标准
- •1. Female patients aged 20-70
- •2. patients who underwent gynecologic laparoscopic surgery
- •3. patients receiving intravenous patient controlled analgesia after surgery
排除标准
- •(1) ASA classification 3 or above,
- •(2) history of adverse events and hypersensitivity to serotonin receptor antagonists,
- •(3) refusal to participate in the study,
- •(4) obesity (body mass index over 30 kg/m2),
- •(5) refusal to undergo pain control through IV-PCA,
- •(6) pregnancy and lactation state.
