Diagnosed cases of knee osteoarthritis (grade II, III on Lawrence kellgren scale).
Subjects with age = 40 years of age.
Both male and female subjects will be included. Subjects who consent to participate in the study.
Subjects involved in rehabilitation treatments/corticosteroid injections/surgery (in past 6 months).
Subjects with uncontrolled high BP /other medical condition contraindicating the participation.
Subjects with cognitive impairments.
Subjects with cardio-respiratory and rheumatic disease.
