Inclusion Criteria
Infertility due to palpable varicocele grade 2 and 3
Weight between 50 to 100 kg
Being married
Exclusion Criteria
Absence of azoospermia
Diabetes mellitus
Hormonal diseases
Smoking and addiction
Daily use of multivitamins
Urinary and genital infections
History of gastric ulcer
History of allergies and reactions to vitamins E
Testicular atrophy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Variables in the spermogram include semen volume, sperm count, and sperm motility. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using spermogram parameters and comparison with the amount recommended by the World Health Organization.
